On 29 July 2026, the Board of Directors of Tipharco Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (ticker: DTG) issued Resolution No. 18/2026/NQ-HĐQT-DTG approving the related-party transaction between the Company and BCG Alliance Company Limited. The aggregate value of transactions arising within 12 months from the date of the Board of Directors' approval shall be carried out only within the approval authority of the Board of Directors in accordance with applicable laws and the Company's Charter.
