On December 12, 2025, the Board of Directors of Tipharco Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (DTG) issued Resolution No. 34/2025/NQ-HĐQT-DTG approving the set of documents to be sent to shareholders for exercising their rights to nominate, self-nominate, and elect additional members to the Board of Directors for the 2021–2025 term.
